Scheduling & attending appointments

Families who receive primary care through our clinics have the convenience of scheduling appointments online. This is just one of the many ways we make it easier for you and your loved ones to get the preventative care and treatment you need.

When you have your appointment scheduled, be sure to come prepared. Whether you are a new or returning patient, you should always bring photo identification and a current insurance card along with a form of payment or co-pay. New patients who are visiting a clinic for the first time should arrive 30 minutes early in order to complete all necessary paperwork. If you are a regular patient at one of our clinics, come at least 15 minutes early for your appointments.
