Pricing for our one-hour traditional/individualized personal training sessions is as follows:
- 1 session: $45
- 3 sessions: $120
- 6 sessions: $210
- 12 sessions: $350 (these sessions take place twice week over six weeks)
We understand that maintaining an intensive fitness plan is a big commitment. With a busy schedule, it can be hard to fit personal training sessions into your routine. That’s why West Jefferson Fitness Center offers 30-minute blast sessions for anyone with limited time or the desire for a concentrated workout.
Pricing for our blast sessions is as follows:
- 6 sessions: $155
- 12 sessions: $235
