Board Certified Otolaryngologist Charles J. Ballay, II, MD has been an independent practitioner on the medical staff of West Jefferson Medical Center (WJMC) for more than a year, operating under the practice name Crescent City ENT. Dr. Ballay received his medical degree from Louisiana State University Health Science Center in Shreveport, LA. He completed his internship in General Surgery at Michael E. DeBakey Department of Surgery, Baylor College of Medicine. He completed his residency at the Bobby R. Alford Department of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery, Baylor College of Medicine. A native of Plaquemines Parish, Dr. Bally moved his practice to New Orleans to be closer to his family in February 2014.
