West Jefferson Medical Center developed this patient/visitor guide with the kind input of patients and their families. We trust that this guide will provide you with information you may have an interest in or need for, and/or that members of the hospital team believe will assist you and your loved ones to be more comfortable during your stay with us or visits to our campus. Your comfort is one of our great priorities and your rights are important to us. We hope you will tell us during your visits how we can make your stay more comfortable and if there is anything else we can do to further assist you. This section provides a patient and next of kin with basic information on patients rights and responsibilities across the continuum of care.

Patient Satisfaction Survey Process
West Jefferson Medical Center welcomes patient comments. West Jefferson monitors, tracks and trends patient satisfaction data and uses this information in performance improvement. The process also allows the Medical Center to provide timely information on patient and family perception to members of the hospital family including the nursing and medical staff.
