West Jeff Rehab Center:

West Jefferson Rehab Center is a state-of-the-art, 24 private bed facility that provides comprehensive medical rehabilitation services for individuals who have experienced a decline in their physical and/or cognitive abilities, due to an illness or injury. Our highly skilled team is dedicated to helping patients maximize functional mobility to return them to previous or modified home, work, or leisure roles.

West Jefferson Rehab Center maintains prestigious CARF accreditation in Stroke, Brain Injury, and General Rehab programs.

At West Jefferson Rehab Center, the patient is always the center of the interdisciplinary team. An individualized plan of care is established with each patient to ensure his/her experience is personalized and meaningful while ensuring the best possible outcomes. The interdisciplinary team approach consists of 24 hour physician coverage, 24 hour rehab nursing care, comprehensive therapy services provided 5-6 days per week, patient/family education and support, psycho-social services, pastoral care, case management, leisure activity programming and animal assisted therapy.

West Jeff Rehab Connection:

Rehab Connection offers 2 convenient locations, in Marrero and Terrytown, where licensed therapists are trained in helping individuals of all ages return to work, sport, or active retirement after a variety of disabling injuries or illnesses.

Hands-on, individualized treatment plans are set and carried out by our highly skilled team for traditional Physical and Occupational therapies, as well as for specialty programs focused on return to sport or work, hand therapy, aquatic therapy, vestibular and balance rehab, as well as stroke and brain injury rehab, lymphedema and adult speech therapy.
