Outpatient Ancillary Scheduling:

 

1. To schedule all Outpatient Diagnostic testing, the Physician’s office staff or the patient should contact our Centralized Scheduling Department at 504-349-6300, Monday-Friday from 7:00am-5:00pm.
2. Physician’s offices can also submit an electronic request through the WJMC web site by selecting “Centralized Scheduling Request” and submitting the required information on the form. The appointment details will be faxed back to the requestor on the same business day.
