Stroke Rehabilitation


The disabling physical impact of a stroke can change many aspects of daily living for the individual and for the family. The physical and cognitive deficits resulting from stroke requires significant rehabilitation to return to independence.

Other nerve or muscular diseases can also require long term rehabilitation to return to independent functioning in the community.

The team shares a common goal of the successful patient reintegration back into the community.
