This program is indoor/outdoor Boot Camp group designed to get beginners to advance in shape!
The West Jeff Fitness Center Boot Camp is a training program that offers fitness instruction, motivational training and nutritional tips. It's a safe and effective way to get a challenging workout to achieve results and reach fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight, tone up or prepare for a competition, this is the program for you!
Any fitness levels from beginner to experienced or just tired of the same routine!
Men and women of all ages are welcome in our individualized group training sessions.
