Jerry Burnette - Fitness Instructor
Jerry is a certified Personal Trainer, TRX, Yoga, Kettlebell, Pilates, Sandbag, and Battling Ropes instructor. As Master Fitness Specialist, he's a qualified Navy Exercise Leader since 1996. He's an instructor for the Navy's command fitness program, mission nutrition, Navy Operational Fitness and Fueling Series (NOFFS). Jerry has completed Cooper Institute's "Biomechanics of Resistance Training" and "Providing Dietary Guidance" workshops. He enjoys sharing his wealth of knowledge and experience and pushing others to meet and exceed their goals.
