I am a certified Personal Trainer, TRX, Yoga, Kettlebell instructor and Master Fitness Specialist with 12 years experience. I qualified to be Navy Exercise Leader. I was an instructor for the Navy’s Command Fitness Leader, Mission Nutrition, Navy Operational Fitness and Fueling (NOFFS) courses. I have completed Cooper Institute’s “Biomechanics of Resistance Training” and “Providing Dietary Guidance” workshops.
