Chandra Teddleton - Fitness Instructor

 

Her passion for dance and how the body moves started at the age of three and has continued to grow with her throughout her adult life. Chandra’s passion evolved from tap, ballet and modern dance to group fitness and personal training. She use’s fitness as a stress-reliever and inspirational tool for her life. She is currently certified in a vast array of fitness certifications that include: Personal Trainer, Group exercise instructor, Werq instructor and Yoga/Aerial yoga and Pilate’s instructor.  She has a bachelor’s degree from Xavier University in Political Science, two masters from the University of New Orleans and is currently finishing her doctorate in Planning at the University of New Orleans. “Fitness is not about being better than someone else; it’s about being better than you used to be.”
