WJMC Patient E-Card

Would you like to send an E-Card to a patient of West Jefferson Medical Center? West Jefferson Medical Center now offers this service.
With just a few clicks, you can send a patient E-Card to a friend or relative who is spending time in our hospital and accepts this service.

Please note the following guidelines:
  • Cards will be delivered weekdays between 2pm and 3pm to In-Patients who accept this service. 
  • Cards received before 12 noon Monday - Friday will be delivered that day. Holidays excluded.
  • Cards received on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Monday. 
  • If a patient has been discharged from the hospital or we are unable to confirm presence in our facility, your E-Card will NOT be delivered.
  • Please provide us with the patients full name (with correct spelling) and patient's room number. We will try our best to deliver the Patient E-Card.
  • Items considered confidential or private in nature should not be communicated through email as general internet email is not secure.
  • Any message deemed inappropriate based on the values or policies of West Jefferson Medical Center will NOT be distributed.
